Detailed Itinerary (Typical Day Plan)
03:30 AM – 04:45 AM – Early morning pickup from your hotel/home in Port Blair. Drive to Jirkatang Checkpost to join the scheduled convoy.
06:00 AM – 08:00 AM – Travel in a regulated convoy through the Jarawa Reserve Forest (no halts allowed). Arrive at Middle Strait Jetty.
08:00 AM – 09:00 AM – Board a shared speed boat and cruise through scenic mangrove creeks toward Baratang Island.
09:30 AM – 10:00 AM – Guided/independent visit to the Limestone Caves. Enjoy a short trek on a marked trail and marvel at the stalactite and stalagmite formations. Local guides are available on the spot for additional insights.
10:00 AM – 12:30 PM – Return boat ride through mangroves back to Middle Strait, followed by convoy journey to Port Blair.
