  • Guest / You / Client: The person(s) who book(s) or travel(s) on the trip.
  • B2B Partner / Agent: Travel agents, tour operators or corporate partners who book on behalf of guests.
  • Trip / Service: The Baratang Limestone Cave shared-cab trip (includes cab transfer, shared speed boat ticket and coordination services as described in the booking confirmation).
  1. Booking & Confirmation
  1. Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the advance/payment as specified on your invoice/quote. The final voucher (e‑voucher) will be issued after full/advance payment.
  2. To make a booking, please provide: travel date, number of travellers, full names (as per ID), contact number and pickup location.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse service if required documents or payments are not provided as requested.

  1. Travel through the Jarawa Reserve is strictly regulated by the Government of India. Guests must comply with convoy rules at all times.
  2. No stopping, no honking, no photographing or filming within the Jarawa Reserve area — violation may attract legal penalties and/or removal from the convoy.
  3. Windows may be required to remain closed while passing through regulated zones.
  1. Permits, Tickets & Identification
  1. A valid government photo ID (original) is mandatory for all travellers and must be carried during the trip for checkpoint verification.
  2. We will assist with permit coordination, but any permit/entry fees levied by authorities must be paid by guests unless expressly included in the booking.

  1. Timings are indicative and depend on convoy slots, weather, tides, local jetty queues and government permissions.
  2. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, sequence of activities or timings for safety, operational, regulatory or weather reasons.
  3. If we cancel a trip (e.g., convoy slot not available / supplier cancellation / weather), we will either offer an alternative date or refund unused components as per supplier policy.
  1. Health, Fitness & Age Restrictions
  1. The Limestone Cave visit involves a trek of approximately 1.2–1.5 km (one way) on a marked trail. Basic mobility and fitness are recommended.
  2. Not advised for guests with severe mobility issues or who cannot walk 2–3 km total (round trip) without assistance.
  3. Children above 3 years are chargeable and must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times.
  4. Seniors are welcome; please notify us in advance if assistance is required.
  5. Guests should disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical evacuation where appropriate.
  1. Safety, Conduct & Liability
  1. Guests must follow instructions from our staff, drivers, guides and local authorities. Failure to comply may result in removal from the trip without refund.
  2. We do not accept liability for loss of personal belongings, injury, or death except where caused by proven negligence of our employees. Guests travel at their own risk for activities not operated directly by us (e.g., optional activities, third‑party services).

Retail / Individual Bookings (standard shared trip)

  • Cancellation made 48 hours or more before scheduled departure: refund or reschedule subject to supplier terms; minimal processing fee may apply as stated on your voucher.
  • Cancellation made within 48 hours or no‑show: no refund unless otherwise stated on your voucher or allowed by suppliers.
  • If trip is cancelled by operator/supplier due to weather, convoy closure or government restriction — we will offer an alternate date or refund unused components per supplier policy.

B2B / Agent Bookings (As provided)

  • Advance Booking (≥ 7 days prior): Advance ₹500 per person required (or as specified in your B2B quote).
  • Within 7 days of travel: 100% payment required at booking.
  • Cancellation before 7 days: ₹250 per person cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of trip: No refund.

Notes:

  • Some supplier components (speed boat, convoy fees, permits) may be non‑refundable; refunds depend on supplier policies and processing times.
  • All refunds will be processed after deduction of any non‑refundable supplier charges, transaction fees and applicable cancellation charges.
  1. Minimum Participants & Trip Cancellation by Operator
  1. Shared trips require a minimum number of paid participants. If the minimum is not met, we may cancel the trip or offer a private transfer upgrade at an additional cost to confirm the departure.
  2. If we cancel the trip for operational reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or alternate dates.
  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform where performance is prevented or delayed due to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government interventions, civil unrest or other events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will assist with rescheduling or refunds in accordance with supplier and regulatory rules.
