Definitions

Operator / We / Us: Andaman Cabs Booking
Guest / You / Client: The person(s) who book(s) or travel(s) on the trip.
B2B Partner / Agent: Travel agents, tour operators or corporate partners who book on behalf of guests.
Trip / Service: The Baratang Limestone Cave shared-cab trip (includes cab transfer, shared speed boat ticket and coordination services as described in the booking confirmation).

Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the advance/payment as specified on your invoice/quote. The final voucher (e‑voucher) will be issued after full/advance payment.
To make a booking, please provide: travel date, number of travellers, full names (as per ID), contact number and pickup location.
We reserve the right to refuse service if required documents or payments are not provided as requested.

Prices, Taxes & Fees

Quoted prices on the voucher are final for that booking. Prices shown on promotional material are indicative and subject to change unless a booking is confirmed.
All prices are exclusive of GST and any applicable government fees unless explicitly stated.
Government fees, jetty/park/forest permits and camera/video fees may be charged separately by authorities. Where included in a package, this will be shown on the voucher.

Typical pick‑up time for the Baratang convoy is early morning (~03:30–04:45 AM). Exact pickup time will be provided on your e‑voucher.
We are not responsible for missed pickups caused by late arrival of guests; any re‑arrangements are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Convoy Rules & Jarawa Reserve Regulations

Travel through the Jarawa Reserve is strictly regulated by the Government of India. Guests must comply with convoy rules at all times.
No stopping, no honking, no photographing or filming within the Jarawa Reserve area — violation may attract legal penalties and/or removal from the convoy.
Windows may be required to remain closed while passing through regulated zones.

Permits, Tickets & Identification

A valid government photo ID (original) is mandatory for all travellers and must be carried during the trip for checkpoint verification.
We will assist with permit coordination, but any permit/entry fees levied by authorities must be paid by guests unless expressly included in the booking.

Itinerary, Timings & Changes

Timings are indicative and depend on convoy slots, weather, tides, local jetty queues and government permissions.
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, sequence of activities or timings for safety, operational, regulatory or weather reasons.
If we cancel a trip (e.g., convoy slot not available / supplier cancellation / weather), we will either offer an alternative date or refund unused components as per supplier policy.

Health, Fitness & Age Restrictions

The Limestone Cave visit involves a trek of approximately 1.2–1.5 km (one way) on a marked trail. Basic mobility and fitness are recommended.
Not advised for guests with severe mobility issues or who cannot walk 2–3 km total (round trip) without assistance.
Children above 3 years are chargeable and must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times.
Seniors are welcome; please notify us in advance if assistance is required.
Guests should disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical evacuation where appropriate.

Safety, Conduct & Liability

Guests must follow instructions from our staff, drivers, guides and local authorities. Failure to comply may result in removal from the trip without refund.
We do not accept liability for loss of personal belongings, injury, or death except where caused by proven negligence of our employees. Guests travel at their own risk for activities not operated directly by us (e.g., optional activities, third‑party services).
Use of safety equipment provided (life jackets, etc.) is mandatory where required.

Photography, Drones & Media

Photography/filming is strictly prohibited inside the Jarawa Reserve area and where local rules forbid it.
Drone use is prohibited unless prior permission is obtained from relevant authorities. Guests must not operate drones during the trip unless authorised in writing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Retail / Individual Bookings (standard shared trip)

Cancellation made 48 hours or more before scheduled departure: refund or reschedule subject to supplier terms; minimal processing fee may apply as stated on your voucher.
Cancellation made within 48 hours or no‑show: no refund unless otherwise stated on your voucher or allowed by suppliers.
If trip is cancelled by operator/supplier due to weather, convoy closure or government restriction — we will offer an alternate date or refund unused components per supplier policy.

B2B / Agent Bookings (As provided)

Advance Booking (≥ 7 days prior): Advance ₹500 per person required (or as specified in your B2B quote).
Within 7 days of travel: 100% payment required at booking.
Cancellation before 7 days: ₹250 per person cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation within 7 days of trip: No refund.

Notes:

Some supplier components (speed boat, convoy fees, permits) may be non‑refundable; refunds depend on supplier policies and processing times.
All refunds will be processed after deduction of any non‑refundable supplier charges, transaction fees and applicable cancellation charges.

Minimum Participants & Trip Cancellation by Operator

Shared trips require a minimum number of paid participants. If the minimum is not met, we may cancel the trip or offer a private transfer upgrade at an additional cost to confirm the departure.
If we cancel the trip for operational reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or alternate dates.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform where performance is prevented or delayed due to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government interventions, civil unrest or other events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will assist with rescheduling or refunds in accordance with supplier and regulatory rules.

B2B / Partnership & Fleet Details

Fleet available for B2B bookings includes: Ford Aspire (sedan), Maruti Ertiga (MPV), Toyota Rumion (MPV), Mahindra Bolero Neo Plus (8+1), Ertiga Tata Winger (13+1). Vehicle allocation depends on group size and availability.
Special B2B rates, group discounts and tailored packages are available on request and are subject to written agreement.
For contracted B2B rates, all terms including payment schedules, minimum guarantees and cancellation penalties must be agreed in writing.

Payment Methods & Security

Payments can be made via secure UPI, bank transfer or payment link as specified on the invoice.
Credit card/online transaction charges (if any) are to be borne by the payer unless otherwise agreed.
Bookings will only be held/confirmed after receipt of cleared funds.

Complaints & Claims

Any service issues must be reported immediately to the trip coordinator/onsite staff so that remedial action may be taken.
Formal written complaints must be received by the operator within 7 days of the trip date, accompanied by supporting documents or photos where applicable.

Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version appearing on the voucher/e‑voucher for your booking shall apply to that booking.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
